Kitchens
Here are some of the steps that we will help you with during the renovation process:
- Visit your home to define the style and layout of the kitchen.
- We work with a number of cabinet manufactures to get you the right finish to match your kitchen / home and layout of the cabinets placement
- We provide a few options for the counter tops (granite or quartz) that will complement the cabinets and overall kitchen aesthetics
- You will receive a detailed proposal that will estimate the cost to build your new kitchen (includes demolition of old kitchen cabinets, removal, remove and replace appliances, new kitchen cabinets, new counter tops, installation of kitchen cabinets and counter tops, installation of fixtures (faucets and pulls).
- Please remember that this is only an estimate. During the renovation process, surprises are sometimes found that affect the work. If this should occur, you will be notified immediately – presented with a solution and any additional cost to correct the issue.
- If you decide to work with us, we will start getting the project going. If you decide not to proceed or have your own contractor, we only charge you the fees associated to the design work that we have completed for you.
Bathrooms
Here are some of the steps that will be performed with a bathroom renovation:
- Visit your home to define the style and layout of the bathroom that complements your home.
- Based on the degree of the renovation – partial or full – we will provide you with a detail design plan that could include – demolition, removal of all materials, selection of new wall tiles for the shower / bath, shower pan, shower doors, new vanity, mirror, and lights to name a few.
- This will only be an estimate, since any number of issues can be found during the process. If this should occur, you will be notified immediately – presented with a solution and any additional cost to correct the issue.
- If you decide to work with us, we will start getting the project going. If you decide not to proceed or have your own contractor, we only charge you the fees associated to the design work that we have completed for you.
